If you just started and can run 30 minutes non-stop already then I'd say that's pretty good going. I recently completed couch to 5k and now run 5.2k in 30 minutes, but that's after the 9 week programme. I assume you are not following the c25k programme then?
You really should. I started it in October and hadn’t really run before. The programme works really well and I can’t believe how quickly I improved. I mapped my first post graduation run and found I am actually doing 5.2km in 30 minutes
While you are very welcome here, this forum is primarily for those following the NHS C25K training plan for new runners. This post gives an outline of the programme and how to approach it healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
If you are totally new to running then you may learn something by reading it, especially about frequency and duration for new runners.
