I wasn't feeling as positive prior to my run today. I had seen it jumped upto 90 seconds of jogging and I was sure I wouldn't be able to keep going for 30 seconds longer. And yet I did and I can! It really is amazing me that I'm not only jogging for short bursts, but I'm also not as out of breath as I was that first day. I'm very lucky as I have a stunning lake to jog around, it encourages lots of people to run and I see people running the lake without stopping.... before doing this I wouldn't have known how much of a challenge that is lol but also I wouldn't be thinking I will do the same thing one day! π x
