What a difference a year makes

This time last year I just got back from a weeks skiing and decided I really needed to lose weight and get fit so I bit the bullet an discovered C25K. I successfully completed the programme and now run around 10-15k per week. Not only has it helped me mentally but I am reaping the health benefits. Day 1 skiing this year I nailed 3 long red runs - would normally take me 3-4 days to do that! And my legs feel just fine - no burning quads for the first time ever!

A huge thumbs up for C25K and the support from all you guys 👍🏼👍🏼😀

Well done! It's a fab programme and makes it possible to turn unhealthy bodies right round. A 360 degree turn! LOL
