2nd Park Run

Completed my second park run yesterday 😊

It seemed more difficult this time but I suspect I did not keep myself hydrated enough the day before, due to having my head stuck in an essay which is now finally complete, phew.

Despite it seeming difficult I managed to shave 30 seconds off my first park run time 😄 and I had a black Labrador jump out in front of me along the way! Not sure if he was talking part or not...
