Looking forward...

After achieving week 9, albeit with a struggle, I will be back at it tomorrow morning before work. It’s been a bit of a stop start affair since we had snow and then the freeze meant it was too unsafe to run and then a nasty virus had me back on the couch! Sounds like procrastination but good old Mother Nature has not been very friendly. So tomorrow I will be running my usual rout which is just under 4K and trying my best to get that 30 mins achievement back. Wish me luck guys, will let you know how it goes !

I hope all goes as planned. Good luck with the weather and health. Will be nice to get a few PGrad runs under your belt. Keep them slow and steady and enjoy the freedom. Just remember that when your mind tells you that you can’t it’s probably lying to you!!
