Week one complete! 👌🏼 felt better about today’s run, hoping next week I’ll feel even more confident about it, will be leaving clear days in between next week as had to fit two back to back this week. Compiling a motivational playlist helped I think!!

Back to back = back to bad. The quickest, the easiest, the bullet proof passage to serious injury. You can't even say that you might get injured if you skip rest days, you will definitely, without a doubt get injured if you don't rest .
