Normally at this time of year I am sitting reflecting on what I hoped to achieve but didn’t in the past year. 12 months ago, running wasn’t on any of my lists. Suddenly in April I got the urge to start C25k, and with the help of this forum, I graduated at the end of June.
I’ve just been reviewing my stats. Since mid June (when I joined Strava) I’ve run 250km. I’ve also completed 22 Parkruns, a race for life and one proper 5k race. Have to confess to having a rather smug grin!
Here’s to keeping it up in 2018!
