My first post graduate park run today

My first park run today, 5km trail completed in 33 minutes 😊 I came 75th out of 100 !! Really pleased and encouraged with the park run, going again on New years day ☺ xx

Ah, well, parkrun is a run and not a race. There is always a tail walker so you will never be the slowest at a parkrun if you participate..
