Just completed run 2! I got through the 1st 8 minutes relatively easily but man the 2nd 8 minutes were a little tougher and last 4 minutes were a real slog! So pleased to have completed the run though. There is real progress. The next run is going to be a huge challenge but also quite a large milestone from where I started.

Great stuff Saffa 71 , it just shows how much you have improved , 5 weeks ago would yoh have completed 8 mins once never mind twice ? As for your next run , don’t be daunted - you are well up to it ( one little tip , start off slower than you have been )
