Christmas gift to myself

So yesterday 24th I did my first couch to 5k and a second one today. I’m trying to get a healthy habit in place for when I go back to work on the 9th. It’s hard but I’m so glad when I’ve done it. Merry Christmas everyone xx

Well done you, on Christmas Day too. Don’t overdo it though, it’s easy to get swept up in the adrenaline rush, but do remember to have your rest days, they are just as important as the running days.

Well done though, and keep us updated ...

Planning a day off today and back at it tomorrow. Thank you

Welcome and well done.

The training plan tells you to have a rest day between runs for a very good reason. I know the early weeks are easy, but you will improve your running more by doing non impact exercise on the rest day.

This guide to the plan may be helpful healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Enjoy your journey.
