Absolutely loved my first ever park run yesterday! The one we went to is generally a quiet one and there was around 80 runners. It was lovely to run in a different environment with different scenery to look at, and on softer ground rather than tarmac for once!

So just the 3 runs of Week 9 left! I can’t believe how quick it’s gone. Really pleased that I stuck to it all, and during it I have completed my second from last placement of Nurse Training Year 2. I knew I really was committed and addicted when I ran in between night shifts!!!!

Well done super effort, I'm just walking just now due to palantir facitiatis and asthma but aim to get on the hills eventually. Good luck running
