Well after a complete disaster last week have found my pace and managed w7r2 at a slightly slower pace and so loved it apart from the first 3 minutes when I nearly gave up next thing I knew I'd done 12.5 then 20 and bingo all the way to 25!!! Thanks for all the advice guys looking forward to graduating in the early new year!
