Reached W8, cank
‘T believe it. My only disappointment is I’m not losing weight! It’s not that I don’t have weight to loose. I’m being careful but not dieting (at this time of year!) . Despite that I still feel chuffed. Anybody else found the same?

Well done on your progress.
Without changing diet, running for thirty minutes per week does not burn enough calories to make you lose weight.
Once you run for an hour or more the body does use reserves differently and weight loss becomes more likely.
I am sure you have toned up and lost inches, perhaps, so persevere and you will probably want to maximise your running ability by cutting out any rubbish that you may still be tempted to eat, such as biscuits and cakes, which are fine if kept for special occasions.
Keep going, everything can change.
Hi Freuchie. I lost 11lbs fairly quickly but, like you, I'm not losing any weight now. I'm stubbornly stuck just into the overweight BMI category (am on W8R2).
I'm not dieting either but I agree that junk should be minimised. And as Iannoda says, I bet you have toned up a lot!
Keep going. Getting fit is more important than getting thin!
