No need to reply folks...but for those of us who are struggling a tad with the weather...and there are a few of us
Just take care and be safe...the runs will still be there

Hubby has invested in a treadmill, to ensure that I keep up my programme in inclement weather 😳 Decided it was cheaper than both of us joining a Gym!
Sensible.. we had our cross trainer for the same reason...
I simply will not run in icy conditions...! But, walking with small runner in training, ( granddaughter in buggy) however is not an option... she loves her morning walk...despite compacted snow and icy pavements...slow and steady was never more appropriate!!!
Absolutely Floss. Better to wait until conditions are safe rather than risk injury or catch a cold. Running is supposed to be a fun activity, so even if almost at graduation better to wait until you can enjoy your success to the full.
What a great post.😊xx
Yay! Raining here already. As long as it doesnt freeze over again . . .
Hurrah...we have probably never wished for rain so much in all our lives 🤣😂
Ah...love that bit from Bambi 😊 i slipped over today while walking my dogs 😕 cant wait for the rain tomorrow 😊 thursday is looking good 😊
I was walking outside on shoveled walkways on my off-running day and nearly landed on my rump a couple times on some icy spots. Your alert has been noted!
aaah such a cute film no snow here but frosty this morning, going to be wet tomorrow so should be safe to get out x
Should be ok here in NE tomorrow, I'm doing first post grad run come hell or high water!!!
Boo, still snow everywhere. Royal Mail have emailed me that they are going to attempt delivery, for the third day running (or rather not running!!!.
Yaxtrax grips are brilliant! I hate walking on ice let alone running on it but with the yaxtrax I've managed to get a run in every day even on icy hills. I got some designed for running in but admittedly it's harder work running in them than it would've been normally so I've only done short, slow runs but still a good investment.
Ah, what a lovely clip. Take care out there folks - or better still, skip the runs until the conditions are safer. (Thumper has good ice technique though).
