W3R1 Complete - in unusually snowy Britain!

Have just come back from W3R1, even though my parents didn't want me going out in the snow I'd rather do it slightly slower than mess up my schedule! Surprised myself by completing the slightly longer stretches of running at my normal pace and without being out of breath at the end! So ecstatic about coming this far in the programme, even got a compliment from a friend calling me an 'awesome runner' for going out in all the horrible weather conditions! Has anybody got some stretches I could do for my upper hamstrings? Thanks!
