After a 2 week lay off due to a killer cold it was back out on the streets....boy do I pick my times or What? Freezing temps, hail and gale force winds. I decided to do a couple of 20 minute runs just to check out my fitness. Saturday was fine, nailed 20 mins but this morning I had to change my route and run uphill. Still managed the 20 mins but it was a struggle. Wednesday is my last run before work. Then I intend to spend next week doing 25 mins hopefully by Christmas eve I'll be back into my morning rendezous with Michael, w8r1. A big thanks to all of your comments btw. Running solo suits me to the ground but it's nice to share!

Very courageous of you to get out in this dreadful weather (I gave up the idea of going for run yesterday because of the slush everywhere park and pavement)! If you can run uphill even if struggling for 20 mns, you'll have no problem with the end of the programme. Go for it (hopefully in not extreme weather)!
