So just finished week 2 in the cold -almost praying for Sarah Millican to say that was 90secs up - just managed to keep going - looked at next week and it shoots up to 3 mins running - don’t know how I will do that

I went through this programme looking ahead at the end of each week and scaring the crap out of myself. I'll never be able to do that! Each week I went out and did the runs as planned. Not easy but doable. This programme is genius
Well done on getting out there and completing week 2 in the cold, I found weeks 1 and 2 the hardest and week 3 was the first time I felt like a runner, you can do it.
We all think the same, and we all manage it. You cant imagine being able to do it because you arent ready till you actually get to that specific stage, then you get there and it’s like magic.
One step after the other... slow and steady.... you will be ready for it
Follow the programme. You CAN do it.
