W9R2 sprained ankle 😒

Can't believe it! I'm the definition of a couch potato and have never jogged in the 53 years of my life. Feeling excited about completing the challenge, my Final run should be tomorrow. Instead doctors orders to keep feet up and rest for the next while. So frustrating!! I was hoping I'd have lost a little bit of weight but haven't yet, suppose muscle is heavier than fat!! Ohh well, will see how it goes!!

Thats awful but you will have built up a decent level of fitness and that is not going to disappear overnight, you will do this!!!

Oh no, I am so sorry to hear that. What bad luck. Never mind, rest first then you can get back to it. If you haven’t jogged in 53 years then you’re already a winner!

Yeah! I'll get there in the end!

I had the same experience. Very frustrating. Pulled a muscle in the garden just after run 2 week 9 and had to take a week's break. Don't worry. You won't lose fitness. I managed the final run no problem.

Sorry about the ankle, you may or may not lose any weight while doing the programme if incorporating a good controlled diet then you may well do, muscle toning will start to show though,weight loss will show more when running constantly 3 times a week..😊
