After a hiatus (nutritional, and not connected to this programme) I needed a week or so of recovery and then I decided to redo Week 5. And after that I discovered that I had forgotten to load the podcasts for week 6 into my ’phone (Is this Alzheimer’s making itself felt ?) so I redid W5R3 _again_.

At last today had the stamina and the prerequisites to do W6R1. Still indoors; the freezing temperatures, ice underfoot and snow flurries don’t impress me as an inviting running environment …
