Done and dusted thank goodness!!! Last one was a struggle, I’ve been nights this week which made this last run exhausting.

Anyway 1 more shift to go then on holiday for 2 weeks-I’ll be ready for week 8 on Monday πŸ‘Œ

Firstly, well done - so nearly there!!

Secondly, 're nights. How do you do it? I'm just finishing week 4 and start nights on Monday. Really not sure I can run - when do you do it? Before or after you sleep? I hate night duty, never sleep very well and can't imagine having extra energy to run!

Hiya! I run on the morning of my first night on so I can grab a few hours before I head out. I then run 2 days later in the afternoon/evening.

Eg Monday - run am

Wednesday - run pm

Friday - run pm

Sunday (days off) - run pm

Hope this helps 😊

Excellent, hopefully same will happen for me. Delighted to finish week 4 this morning. Yesterday would have been better as now I can't start Week 5 til Tuesday. Not ideal, but will bring gear to stop off for run on way home, and won't stress if it doesn't happen. That's the plan anyway...Enjoy your holiday 😎
