Second Aussie Parkrun completed

Just come back from my second Parkrun in Oz (it is already Saturday morning here!), this time at Hastings Foreshore on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. Weather today was perfect for running, about 16 degrees and a slight drizzle, much better than the 28 degrees for my last run on Thursday so I beat my previous pb by half a minute. Worth getting up early for 😁🏃‍♀️😁

As you can see from the photo though, I was relieved to finish!

Brilliant, nice photo too! Didnt get to mine in Melbourne due to the heavy rain and flash floods, you did well with your weather!

Im hoping to do a freedom run here tomorrow weather permiting. Sydney parkrun next week 👍🏼

I was initially intending to do the Chelsea Bicentennial Parkrun today but that was cancelled due to the weather so might try that next Saturday. Good luck with the freedom run. How long is that?

A freedom run is the Parkrun course, outside of Parkrun normal time. You can log them on your record. If the weather is fit I will run the 5k tomorrow.
