W9R3 - Completed - I'm a graduate :-)

So this morning was very cold and frosty. We do most of our (Stephan1e and I) run on a playing field but the warm up was hazardous on the pavements before we got to the field. Started off slowly so as not to go over on my bum but good once on the field. 30 minutes later we were both graduates. So pleased. Couple of weeks of settling into it then hopefully a park run before Christmas

Well done and congratulations to both of you.

Good idea to consolidate your 30min runs. Parkrun is brilliant, runners and walkers at all levels so you'll do fine.

My local Parkrun is running on Christmas Day so Mr Wizzie and I are hoping to join in to start the day!
