W6 done ... out goes the in between walks with it

It was so cold and so decided to do w3r3 on treadmill rather than not at all. Super proud that I managed 25mins continuous running and wasn’t as fully exhausted as I thought I would be. But it’s so boring running on treadmill!!

I really hope the weather improves for w7. In any case, shooting off to warmer places for w8 and w9 😀

W7 next and real endurance test will truly be on I guess. It has been a happy story so far! Will I have a happily ever after??

I know what you mean about the treadmill, but some people love it. Just make sure you have a decent playlist, or maybe a podcast to keep you entertained. Good luck for week 7, and I shan't say I'm jealous that you're then off to somewhere warmer for the final two weeks of the challenge (where are you going???)

Take care in the cold.

Thank you.

The problem is, I feel a bit stuffy in the gym and so prefer running without my headphones when inside the gym. Maybe I should try running in the morning... but that is an even bigger difficulty for someone like me. My mom used to say, the only 5:30 my girl know is the pm type!!!

I am going to India.... in case that hasn’t awakened the jealousy gremlins yet, let’s just say it is between 25 and 28 degrees where I am going 😛

I do need to watch out for jet lag though. So may be a day or 2 delayed in my graduation. But still hoping to graduate this side of Christmas
