Well i am back...run 1 of week 4...i.think its fair to say that to a total novice & un-natural runner such as myself its quite a big jump from week 3!!!I am very pleased to report that i actually managed to do it without stopping & am feeling weirdly emotional!!!Anyone else feel like that sometimes?its an achievement for me thats for sure x

Absolutely, I graduated at the beginning of the summer and I am still mazed at how I am able to run these distances.

However, trust the programme. These jumps have been carefully calibrated to ensure that it is manageable for your body.

Oh yes, Claire, I hear you.

As you notch the runs up, you will continue to amaze yourself - day by day, week by week.

You are doing FANTASTICALLY well..!!

Get yourself a nice cuppa and revel in that feeling of achievement... tears optional 😉

Yes, of course, found it a great achievement while I was doing the programme, its a great feeling, felt tired after but a nice kind of tired and yes, they are big jumps, keep going, slow and steady..😊

Claire I know that feeling. When I was on the programme I was constantly amazed that I could actually do this new thing called running. You should enjoy that feeling, and be proud. I hope you have something nice as a reward - you deserve it.

Hi Claire I too am a total novice & un-natural runner, I felt the same as you and still can’t believe how far I’ve come. I’m currently on week 7 and although it’s not always easy I am now doing a slow & steady jog (tortoise jog) for 25 mins, it’s a fab app and I’m enjoying it 😉
