Set out on a dry clear day at 5.45am this morning for my final run. My running legs decided to make an appearance and I had a fantastic last run even sprinted for the last 60 secs and continued for another minute after. Thank you to everyone who has supported me through this amazing journey I canβt believe I love running and am a runner πββοΈ. For anyone thinking of starting itβs a no brainier just do it. I know everyone says it but if I can do it anyone can. Good luck everyone whatever stage you are on and enjoy the amazing positive change you have made to your lives. If you believe you can do anything. Happy running πββοΈ πππ¨βππ

Very many congratulations, fellow runner.
For the next few weeks consolidate at 30 minutes or maybe gently push for 5k if you are close. The important thing is to not get carried away by your newly acquired superpowers.
Keep running, keep smiling.
Great work , well done to you! Once the bug has bitten it never leaves, enjoy your new running life!
Congratulations!! Have really enjoyed reading about your journey. Hopefully I am not too far behind you and will see you on the other side soon
Fantastic graduation run it seems! Well done! And enjoy some more great running (without the graduation pressure)!!
Ah thank you and thank you for your support especially at the time of my bad run π
No worries! That's what the forum is about and I really hope you'll have some more fun running. I think what's "great" about having difficult times with our bodies is that we are forced to acknowledge this body and in the end listen to it: I know my body much better after years of struggling with back pains and I've learnt a lot from it and from exercise. Anyway, welcome to the "consolidation" running club and let's enjoy the postgrad runs!
