W9r2 between showers 🌧

Omg it was cold & wet but managed to squeeze my run in between showers!! I came home after a really stressful day at work & was so close to not going on run & de stressing with a large g&t instead, which would have ruined my diet😂so i thought run better idea & it really helped my stress & guess what now only 1 more run to podium yahoo😊... now after my long soak in the bath...i can sit down and relax !! Ahh!!!! Happy running everyone 😊
