After 10 weeks off running I started C25k again a month ago to get back to fitness and have just completed the 20 min run- not easy but made it and then in 2 more bursts got to the finish line of my Parkrun feeling great. It’s certainly easier this time than 2 years ago when I first did it. Following c25k has prevented me from injury by pacing me.
