At long last managed to get out for my last run of week 8😊was a week since my last run due to holiday & then choked with the cold so i was a bit worried how i would get on, but i managed it very slowly but completed it😊 i have been sensible & im not even looking at times as im just chuffed I don’t have to repeat a run as i was worried if the week break would effect me. Even though still not over cold i can safely say i enjoyed getting back out there & now down to 3 more runs to graduation 😁happy Running fellow runners🏃🏃

It's great to hear that you are back on track and without any loss in programme :)

A special well done to you for getting back there! I haven't been able to go for a run since Sunday because of a very bad cold and I was wondering if I'll have the stamina for a run on Sunday after a week off. Your post makes me hope that I should be alright. Happy running to you, not many left til graduation!

Go gently and slow with an open mind. If you are not well enough, then stop - there will be next time! 😃

Thank you! Yes, the weather should not be too bad for someone recovering on Sunday. So, will give it a go and keep an open mind to make up for my lost voice (no singing along lol or a remake of the Godfather!).
