About a good hour of internal conflict between running or not running, looking out the windows in the hope of rain to give me a 'real' excuse and not wanting to do W5R3 I finally gave in and just put on my trainers.
Somehow managed to run 20 minutes! And even weirder, felt like I could have kept going. (Thanks for peoples posts about motivation on here, they helped persuade me!) Maybe my body was in shock that I actually went out and ran even though I realllly didnt feel like it today!
Feel pretty pleased with myself now 😂
