Well I've just completed my 2nd run of week 3 and feeling pretty good about it! A few aches and pains but the legs seem to be recovering quicker and did some post run stretches today for the first time.

I'm amazing myself at the fact that I can now run for 3 minutes. Also when I had the run for the bus yesterday, I looked less like a dying fat man than I would have 3 weeks ago.

Great work. It is amazing how quickly this program gives us a positive boost and I too was surprised at managing both the initial 1 minute and the 3 minutes.

You are doing brilliantly and this forum is very supportive. The best advise they all share is keep it slow and steady. It truly works. I don't think that I would have made it to week 6, as I am now, without them.

Well done, slow and steady is the way. I can remember my first run wondering if I could make it and here I am in week five! Keep enjoying it :)

Good for you. Just keep plugging away, slow but sure. Slow is fine for this caper

Good luck!
