Thanks Shelby, well see the message I've just posted, but it's actually feeling good. It was so great to get back out there, I loved being in the fresh air. Such a great feeling. Now I just need to get to the magic 5k, in gentle easy steps of course

U know I felt it today . Ran a route from the early days and managed it non stop what a difference a few weeks make eh 😀 looking forward to what I can achieve in the new year x
