Wk7Run3 and I can't believe how well it went!

Last night I ditched Jo Whiley and the programme podcast, (sorry Jo! Love you really!), and I set my Fitbit app to shout at me after 25 running once I'd done my warm up walk. It was 6 minutes of walking in the end, as I was busy nattering and didn't notice the time. Having managed to run 28 minutes on Run2 I knew roughly where we should end up on our route, do my Stepdad and I just got going. I can honestly say that it was the best run I've had! Not once did I feel my legs were not comfortable and my breathing, which is my usual concern, was great all the way round too! I felt relaxed and loved it more than any of the previous runs, not so much because of the sense of achievement I've had previously, but because the whole thing was just SO enjoyable and that REALLY made me feel like a 'proper' runner 🏃👍 We ran further than we had on Run2, mostly because I was so comfortable, but also because my damn Fitbit app had stopped at 6 minutes 😣😂 and I didn't notice until we started our warm down walk when I was almost at my front door and realised my body would need that walk to not risk seizing up! A walk around the block saw to that though. I'm not 100% sure of our total time/distance running, but it was definitely over the 25 minutes and I'm just so thrilled with how I felt all the way round 😀😀😀😀 I've left it to my Stepdad's incredible intelligence and mathematical brain to try to figure it out from the Map my Run stats 😉 6 runs til graduation! Whoop whoop! 🏃❤

It is the best feeling, isn't it? I am so hoping mine are still there today for Wk8 Run1 😂See you on the podium in a couple of weeks

Hahahaha! I did, and also 'go go gadget lungs' too, for the first time ever 😁 The podium is well and truly in sight! X
