Au Revoir Week 6 (Oh YES)

Although I miraculously completed the previous 20 minutes run in W 5, Wk 6 run 3 was still daunting. I mentally told myself not to watch the clock, maintain snail pace and try and listen to the words of my chosen music and off we go... I know Meghan Trainors 'All about that base' back to front - as she is my pace setter and I had that on repeat for the first 10 minutes then switched to the other choices. I did drift away with it all a couple of times (bonus) and did have the lovely Jo Whiley chirping in with her words of encouragement to give me an idea of where I was and although it wasn't easy, it wasn't dire and I am, yet again, very chuffed.. In the words of James Brown "I feel good" !!!
