W6R3 Fitter Stronger

25 mins nonstop! Yay. Revisited a route I used in the early weeks with killer hills in that I struggled with. Today I ran those hills with relative ease and without my legs tiring. You don't realise how much fitter and stronger you have been getting, as it doesn't feel like it at the time, until you go back to something you really struggled with. It also showed me how much further I had travelled before the half way bell rang.

Very pleased with my progress now :)
