Week 9 Run 1... 31 Minutes :O

Yes, you read that correctly... I did 31 minutes today instead of the usual 30. All because i'm a TAD bit OCD and forgot to start my run app at the beginning of the run. And also I wanted my watch to be on an even number instead of some random odd number to make it easier for me to calculate time (I don't have fancy timing run gear, and I don't look at my phone once it's set)

But anyways, so I did 31 minutes. Forgot to take my water with me (it accidentally got left in the car) but drank plenty during the day, so was fine! Honestly, I didn't see much difference in upping my run from 28 mins to 31, and I even ran a bit faster on the last 4 minutes of the run. I will go back and do 30 minutes thursday to stay with the program ;)

Just TWO MORE RUNS to graduation!!! I cannot believe it!

You will get there!!! :) And then we will both be graduates and it won't matter what week we are on! Because we are ALREADY runners!! :) Laura told us so in week 6 haha!
