Good work, Sadie! And no matter that it's taken a wee bit longer than anticipated - you made it! You can run for 25 minutes!

Week 7 is lovely. A chance for you to practice those 25 minute runs. Remember, the key is to always set off super slow. I have decided to now do 10 min warm up walks, with a little stretching before the run - did it yesterday and I really noticed a difference!

Happy running, Sadie. The other Sadie and I are looking forward to your graduation, so that we can have a triumvirate of graduated Sadies! 👏🏃‍♀️😀
