One more week/3 more runs to go. I can’t believe I am almost at the end of this program. So happy to be running for 28 mins now - I never thought I’d even be able to run 3 mins.
The thought of running for 30 mins was so daunting when I started this program, now I say BRING IT ON - I’ve got this (hopefully 🤣)
I’m still VERY slow but managed to increase my pace a little today so I’m over the moon.
Thanks for all the advice on here - it makes it all so much easier just knowing others are there for you, willing you on. THANKS GUYS 😊
