I was very unfit before I started C25K. And worrying about how unfit I was! And this programme really works. Good luck on your journey! It is a fun one. Run slowly and steadily and you will see your fitness increase, I promise!

This is the place to be if you want to start getting fit.

C25K undoubtedly works. At times it will be tough, but if you read around the forum you will find people at all stages of the process, who are amazed at what they have achieved in just a few weeks. You will be too as almost incredibly, you find yourself doing more than you ever believed possible.

That physical fitness comes, for most, with a boost to confidence and feeling of well-being. It is win win.

We can offer advice, cheer your successes, boot you up the proverbial if you lack motivation and generally share your exciting journey to a new life.............all sound a bit too much? No, stick with it and your life will change. Again just read around this forum for evidence.

C25k is life-changing but designed for people currently on the couch. Good thing is that itโ€™s positively good to tackle it nice and slowly ๐Ÿ‘

I started the programme in winter. You soon get accustomed to the weather, so donโ€™t let it put you off ๐Ÿ™‚. Get a hat ๐Ÿ‘
