After my fab 20 min run last time I went into week 6 and found it quite hard. I couldn’t seem to get my pace, breathing or legs right!! Then I was caught by the sudden urge to go to the loo! All in all, that run had many hurdles but still managed to complete it! Onward and upwards!!

Like so many of us I struggled with Week 6 runs 1 and 2, get through them and then the proper runs begin!!!
After the first 5 mins your legs seem to settle and you definitely ease into the run! Nearly on to the longer ones!
This was my nemesis run, so I am always really impressed to see people complete it! Well done you.
