So following my calf injury after w2r2 and a 4 day rest, I've just completed wk1 again. Being a totally unfit newbie it seemed to make more sense than completing the last run of wk2 after a break.
Certainly a lot easier than first time round, and working hard on run 3 to improve my time. Really struggling to find an accurate mapping app though

Well done for persevering, wouldn't worry about time at the moment just following the programme slow n steady is enough, I use endomondo you don't have to subscribe if you don't want to and it keeps a good tracking record but there is lots out there 👍
Well done! Injury is a pain isn't it? I'm currently on the IC after graduating, so seeing that you've come back from injury is a real encouragement and morale boost for me!
Don't worry too much about speed, you can always work on that after you graduate. Remember, slow and steady
Well done for picking it up again, and I agree with the others, don’t worry so much on the accuracy of the app. It’s more about time on your feet and you will get a rough idea of how you’re progressing. I use Map My Run and Mr JCR calibrated it against his Garmin and MMR is reasonably accurate.
