Well done. I did my Week 3 run 1 yesterday and was better than I expected. There was an bad incline on the last run so think I will change my route for the next run. Feeling positive.

It feels good doesn’t it? I repeated W2 because I was so worried about running for 3 minutes!

I repeated week 2 a couple of times as didn’t feel happy moving on but bit the bullet yesterday and went for it. Well done for perseving for keeping going.

So many hills here. I struggled with some of w2 because of that. But we shall see. Thanks for the encouragement 😊

That’s tough. I run along the seafront so pretty flat! It feels good to get to the top of a hill though!
