I thought I’d already done run 2 but my app didn’t think I had. So I did it for the second time maybe. For a change I didn’t listen to Jo but used map my run to record my time. I missed the half way bell but it was nice to be told when I had run each km. it was also interesting to find out how quickly I ran. I did an average of 7 min 30 seconds per km. I’ve no idea if that’s reasonable or not but it doesn’t matter, it’s faster than walking! It also measured distance and I was delighted to learn I ran over 3 km. I’m loving this running lark.
