I have slowly increased and I still find my breathing isn't great but I don't know if that's to be expected ๐Ÿ˜

Well done. It is great when you find your zone.

Just a point regarding security. You have just advertised to the world when you run, where you run and how much time someone would have to get into your empty house and relieve you of....who knows what.

It would not take long to find you or your home.

Yes good point i never publish my routes & to be honest vary times & routes in the dark nights!

Taken route off. I do change mine a bit, requires me to cross lots of roads as I stick to well lit routes. Some drivers are really nice and wave me across and I do wonder if they are runners too.
