Week 6 Run 2 - when you don't feel like running

After having to work very late last night and then a poor night's sleep followed by a large business lunch today - running was not really what my body wanted to do! But I was determined to stick to my schedule so I dragged myself out. Not surprisingly, it was a big struggle but it was completed.
