Couch to 5K

The dreaded week 5 run 3!!

I did it!!! Those gremlins were whispering in my ear for the first 10 minutes but after that I took stock.. my breathing wasn’t bad and my legs felt good! Shut up gremlins I’m doing this!!

Used Strava to give me an idea of my current pace to give me an idea of my progress as I go on from here. Averaging just under 13 min/mile which isn’t too shabby!

Onwards and upwards!!

Anyone reading this dreading this run it really isn’t that bad, just dig in and enjoy your music and keep going until you’re told to stop and SLOW down if you struggle xx
