Completed my wk4r2 but not had chance to post !great feeling

Today I’m waiting for a let up with the rain , been lucky enough not to run in wet weather yet, do I run or not ? Any tips people?

Yes run - I love running in the rain (with a light breathable showerproof jacket on). Once you're wet, your wet!! - Keeps you cool & refeshed.

If you have a baseball cap it would keep the rain out of your eyes - some people do that, I don't have one yet, so I just go drowned rat style! Enjoy- it's a whole new experience! 😃

Well ladies thank you so much,I ended up having a fab jog in lovely weather, it cleared up not long after I went out and the cap was a god send 😜

Once you’ve run in the rain you won’t let it stop you again. I like running in the rain, the warm up walk is a bit miserable but the running is so refreshing (if you get very hot like me!).

I still use wear a t shirt but I agree that a peaked cap is really good to keep the rain (or sun) out of your eyes.

Yep, run in the rain! Once you're out in it - it's fine. If it's cold and raining heavily then now might be a good time to invest in a shower proof run jacket and also a cap is brilliant for keeping the rain out of your eyes! Enjoy!🙂☔️
