10 more runs left....

I was just looking ahead at the runs left for me to do. Only 10 runs left until I've complete this programme and all non stop runs now.

At the start of this programme I was having mini panic attacks looking at the runs ahead of me. But now I simply look forward to them.

Next run 25 minutes non stop. Bring it on!

Same place as me , can’t believe I’m running roughly 6-8 miles a week which is only going to increase with the longer runs 😁

This is the best stage of the plan. It feels so good to be able to run that time non-stop and each time you just know you’re only a few runs away from 30 minutes. Enjoy it!
