Getting better at the 28 minute run. I could honestly run that extra to make 5K but feel I need to complete the programme correctly. Nearly there.

Good for you! The journey from five to ten kms is probably the best bit I ever did. I loved it. I git bogged down a bit but managed it eventually. Slow and careful be thy mantra 💪🏃♂️👍✔️ Cross training will be needed now
Mo Farah will be there but he’s doing to marathon. I’m doing the 10K. I’ll leisurely continue with my parkruns until I feel ready to start adding mileage onto my runs.
