I am at the same point on the journey, as a matter of fact im guessing we were running at the same time. I am not sure about Week 4s runs however it seems like a bit of a jump from this weeks even though I managed ok. Keep it up mate its nice having someone posting that is exactly where I am.

Well done! I thought you were a bit quiet, so wondered how you were doing. I've been resting my knee for the last week so have only just managed to scrape my W2R3 today. It's a shame we're now put of sync but keep up the good work and I'll follow your dust!🏃‍♀️💨

It’s difficult when you have an injury, I’m sure we’ll catch up with each other along the way though. Hope it repairs quickly for you. I started week 4 a day later as I was away for the weekend so extra day rest 😉
