For various reasons- work, family, study, dark nights 😣 didn’t get out on the street and country road where I normally go. So tonight had the brainwave of using the treadmill at local gym.
I’m always a bit put off by multiple reflections of myself, but , wow! that worked really well. Much better at controlling pace, had the gym to myself and even managed a short swim and stream room (also to myself).
So I’ve found a very good alternative. I missed the usual fields and wind turbines scenery but managed to do session, listen to my music and watch a family baking show on mute.
This will be my second choice of location when I can’t get out in the morning for C25K session.
How do others find using the treadmill for this?
